A 20-year-old Panama City man is in jail after police accuse him of ripping off Ebay customers.
Frederick Jerome Williams is facing Grand Theft charges.
Panama City Police say a New Jersey man sent the suspect $1,680 after winning William's Ebay auction for tires, rims and spinners.
The Man says he never received the items he bid for and won.
Ebay bidders in Texas and Canada allegedly sent Williams almost $900 for computer equipment which they say they never received.
Police say Williams the shut down his e-mail and took out his home phone to avoid arrest.
