A Mary Esther man is charged with three counts of sexual batter on children under the age of 12.
Thirty-nine-year-old Eric Burkes is alleged to have befriended young boys by taking them to hockey games, the zoo and elsewhere.
Officials say the fun would eventually include sexual activity.
Three boys between the ages of four and nine are the three known victims. One of the boys came forward last month telling his mother of events that happened with Burkes during the year 2000.
