Foul play is not yet suspected in the death of Christopher Lee Porter, but a final determination won't be made until toxicology tests are completed. That can take up to eight weeks.

Porter's body was found Monday morning behind a Panama City Beach condo. If confirmed as accidental, it would be the sixth such drowning this year on Florida Panhandle beaches.

At least 24 people drowned in the Panhandle last year. That prompted efforts to improve beach safety by increasing the number of lifeguards, setting up warning flags and signs and starting beach patrols.
