They say he is 22 year old Christopher Lee Porter. A passer-by found Porter behind the Regency Towers on Thomas Drive about 6:00 a.m.
Emergency crews gave Porter C-P-R, but could not revive him.
For now, investigators are calling it an accidental drowning, but deputies are still waiting for toxicology results from the Medical Examiner's office.
