Johnson Bayou Bridge Reopened

If you're sick and tired of having to detour around the Johnson Bayou Bridge, we may have some good news for you.

The bridge was reopened just a short while ago after undergoing nearly a year's worth of construction. The project itself was supposed to have been completed back in February, but officials over at the DOT blamed the delay on weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

The bridge is important because it connects St. Andrews to downtown Panama City. Even though the bridge has been reopened, construction isn't finished just yet, so drivers are urged to use caution.
