Tyndall was the last stop for President Bush Tuesday night as he wrapped up a campaign swing through the Panhandle.

It was a very long and productive day for President George W. Bush. He started his Florida bus tour early Tuesday in Pensacola with a crowd of 10,000 welcoming him and ended around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday with a crowd of close to 20,0000 cheering him on at the Panama City Marina.

325th Fighter Wing Commander Brigadier General Jack Eggington was the lat person to officially tell the President good-bye. Members of the press and Bush’s staff boarded along with him on a modified Boeing 747.

The President was flying to Waco, Texas to rest up before he continues his nine-state campaign blitz.

Wednesday morning the President will be flying out to Albuquerque, New Mexico and Phoenix.
