Things are Getting Back to Normal Around Here

Now that the storm is gone, schools, businesses, industry and people's lives in general are getting back to normal.

All schools in the area counties were closed Thursday, but all schools, public and private, will be open for classes as usual on Friday.

This includes pre-schools, elementary, middle and high schools, community colleges and university branch campuses.

Now, all eyes are turning to Hurricane Charley, but that storm is not expected to have any direct impact on the northwest Florida Panhandle, at least not at this point.
