Bay County sheriff's officials say a 45-year-old Marianna man was shot in the head during an argument at Midget's Lounge Saturday night.
The bar is located north of Fountain on US 231 at what's known as the Marianna cutoff.
Deputies say they arrested the alleged triggerman, Alton Dunbar, around 3 p.m. on Sunday.
The victim is expected to recover. Deputies say the bullet grazed his forehead and did not penetrate his skull.
