State Director Jeff Johnson says party affiliation did not matter in the results. "People want to see texting while driving legislation. People want to see adequate home and community based services for long-term care. People want to see the loophole close that allows on-line retailers to have an unfair advantage in their competition against bricks and mortar stores."

By a 38 point margin, the poll also found registered voters want the state to accept federal funds to provide expanded health care under the Medicaid program and the Affordable Health Care Act.
