Additional Hearings Set for Attorney Bill Price

A Panama City attorney goes before a judge on Thursday. Officials say Bill Price has criminal charges for violating a court order that told him not to pursue certain lines of questioning during a recent trial involving Julianna Ellzey.

She was convicted of leaving the scene at a fatal crash. Judge James Fensom sentenced Ellzey to 10 years behind bars.

She was also given a fine and required to give 10 speeches about the impact drinking and driving can have on a life.

At attorney Bill Price's arraignment hearing on Thursday, judge James Fensom set up two more hearings. One for his motion hearing on June 14th and his evidentiary hearing on June 20th.

Price plead not guilty at his arraignment hearing.
