Franklin County Woman Accused Of Killing Her Mom

A surprising new development in a Franklin County murder case. An Appilachicola woman is accused of killing her mother.

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office and Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested 46-year-old Sandra Loudermilk-Conkel.

The say Loudermilk-Conkel stabbed her mother, 68-year-old Cynthia Green, multiple times.

Green's body was found around 1:00 p.m. Wednesday in the area of State Road 30A, 10 miles west of Apalachicola.

Loudermilk-Conkel is charged with first degree murder and is being held without bond.
