Ponce de Leon- A Ponce de Leon man is facing attempted murder charges after an argument over a missing dog apparently got out of hand.
Bay County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 55-year old James Davis Jr. Saturday, after he was released from the hospital for head injuries.
Davis is accused of arguing with 31-year old Joseph Justice last month.
Investigators say Davis shot Justice with a shotgun.
Then Justice hit Davis in the head several times with a hammer.
