While the Bay County Sheriff's Office was searching for missing 16 year old Teri Creamer, deputies also found a meth lab.

Officers were searching checking registered sex offenders who live in the area.

One registered sexual predator David Newell allowed officers to come inside his Southport home.

Deputies searched through cabinets and discovered an active shake'n'bake meth lab.

Newell was arrested for manufacturing and trafficking of methamphetamine with more than 200 grams.

He's also charged with manufacturing and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Teri Creamer was found safe by a family member on a nearby hunting property and appeared to be in good condition.
