The "B.K. Brawler," a.k.a. Nekiva Hardy, has been arrested again and is back behind bars on no bond in Bay County.
The Montgomery, Alabama native was arrested Thursday and is charged with felony violation of probation.
Hardy got the name "B.K. Brawler" after her unruly behavior was caught on cell phone video at a Panama City Beach Burger King during Spring Break last year.
The video shows the bikini-clad Hardy jumping onto the fast-food restaurant's counter, swining her arms and then a water jug at the employees. Her outburst apprantely coming from a dispute over her order.
A judge originially sentenced her to 45 days in jail, five years probation, and 100 hours of community service work. She was also ordered to pay several thousand dollars in restitution and other fines in addition to completing an anger management course.
Hardy made her first appearance on this latest violation of probation charge Friday and is held on no bond pending her next court appearance.
