A two-car rear end crash at 3:00 AM Sunday killed a Georgia woman who was a passenger in one of the cars and injured both the drivers, one of whom fled on foot..
The crash happened on Back Beach Road at Allison Ave. when a car driven by 22 year old Robert Michael Dick, III of Panama City Beach crashed into the rear of car driven by 30-year-old Tiffany Kena Pruett of Ailey, Ga. Both drivers were injured.
A passenger on Pruett’s car, 21-year-old Kerri Ann Hall, also of Ailey, Ga., was killed.
Troopers say both cars were westbound on Back Beach when Dick crashed into the rear of the Georgia car forcing in into the grassy media where it began to roll over.
Robert Dick then jumped out of his wrecked car and fled the scene on foot. He was arrested a short while later by Panama City Beach Police.
