Two suspects have been arrested in a Defuniak Springs Bank Robbery, a Mexico Beach attempted bank robbery and an attempted robbery of a Dothan food store.

Investigators received a tip from a private citizen that Samuel Wadsworth, 40, had recently paid off several debts and had been seen with a large amount of cash.

Saturday morning Bay County sheriff’s investigators found Wadsworth and his girlfriend, Rachel Wingate, 45, 4009 Dolphin Drive at Panama City Beach.

Both admitted their involvement in the DeFuniak Springs bank robbery and the attempted robberies at a Mexico Beach bank and a Dothan supermarket.
