Bank of America representatives have wrapped up the first day of a 2 day consultation with local homeowners.
The Bank has about 5,000 panhandle customers who are in danger of losing their homes to foreclosure. Retention specialist are conducting face to face consultations for any of those customers needing refinancing assistance. The bank hopes this free event helps them avoid losing their homes.
“Reach out to our customers that have some challenges in paying their mortgages particularly those that are 60 days or more late on their mortgage so we may sit with them face to face and talk through their financial situation and help them work through a solution” said Jessica Garcia, Vice President Mortgage Outreach.
