Bay county animal control officials say they euthanized the 2-dogs involved April 2nd attack on 7-year old Tyler Jett.
They put down the dogs after their owner, 21-year-old Edward Daniels, II failed to appeal their euthanization by midnight Thursday night.
Bay County Animal Control seized the dogs after they attacked Jett in the yard of his home on Kelly Court. Jett suffered severe head and neck injuries which led to his death 5-days later.
The dogs had a previous history of aggressive behavior.
Daniels is still in the Bay County Jail, charged with manslaughter.
