The Red Cross is helping a Bay County family who's home was destroyed on Monday by a fire.
It happened around 11:00 in the morning at a home on Rogers Drive in the Bayou George area.
Firefighters say the home-owner reported smelling smoke and called for help.
By the time they arrived, flames were ripping through the mobile home and were setting off ammunition stored inside.
Fortunately no one was hurt, but the home was destroyed.
Authorities say the homeowner was burning yard debris several days ago and believes some of those embers reignited to start the fire.
The Red Cross is assisting the two residents with clothes and food.
