A once in a lifetime experience has turned into twice in a lifetime event for the Bay High School Choir.
They will be performing with the rock band Foreigner.
They've been practicing all week for their Saturday performance at Aaron Bessant Park .
They'll be singing with the band on their classic #1 hit "I Want to Know What Love is."
This the second time they have backed the band.
The last time was in March of 2010.
Foreigner is donating $500 for the schools choir program.
The Grammy Foundation provides funds for high school music programs to help keep music education alive in our nation's schools.
Foreigner does this every time they perform.
Although this is the second time for two people with the choir the first time is still vivid in their minds.
Bay High Choir Director Julia House says, "Just shot of hysteria, they're really excited and I will tell you the first time that we did it I knew I was going to be excited, but standing off-stage waiting to on was just insane."
Choir member Dezmond Cole says, "Actually I didn't really know exactly who they were. I've heard their music before and knew they were really famous but whenever I realized the impact of that opportunity then it was really exciting and just the rush of being on stage was pretty awesome too."
You'll be able to catch their performance at this weekend's Seafood and Music Festival at Aaron Bessant Park.
