Two Brothers Make a Tough Chase for Gulf County Officials

Two men wanted on a variety of charges lead Port St. Joe Police and Gulf County Sheriff's Deputies on a chase around town for a while this afternoon.

Keijuan Sims and his brother Arsenio Sims are suspects in the case.

Keijuan Sims was wanted for violation of probation for battery and false imprisonment, and was caught Thursday.

The other brother, Arsenio Sims, is still on the loose Thursday night. He is wanted in connection with a shooting investigation.

Port St. Joe Police Chief David Barnes says they have a hard time with these two brothers because every time they are about to arrest them, their friends start flooding the department with fake 911 calls.

The officers have to go check out the fake emergencies, and the bad guys get away, officials say.

Keijuan is in the Gulf County Jail Thursday and Chief Barnes says he wants to get Arsenio by Friday, if not sooner.
