Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents arrested 39-year old Christopher Lee Roeters Wednesday at his home in Clarksville.
Roeters is a registered sex offender from Michigan, who is on probation for failing to register as a sex offender here in Florida.
In September, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children contacted the FDLE that Roeters allegedly uploaded some child pornography to one of google's servers.
Roeters is being held without bond in the Calhoun County jail.
