Car Burglar Uses Stolen Debit Card

Panama City Police are looking for a man they say broke into a car, stole a debit card and then used the card at a convenience store.

According to police, the victim’s car was broken into around 4:00 a.m. on December 12 near 7th Street and McKenzie Avenue. About two and a half hours later, the victim’s debit card was used at the Hop N Pop store at 5th Street and Williams Avenue.
