Panama City - Bay County commissioners are considering a settlement agreement with Redpine Health care Technologies. But county officials say it would not get the county all of its money back that it invested in Redpine.

County commissioners held an executive session with the county attorney last month to discuss settling with Redpine. The settlement involved a third party buying Redpine's Software and Bay County collecting that money.

"It was considerably less of an offer than what the county's investment was so the county at this point continues to consider all of it's options," Bay County Public Information Officer Valerie Lovett said.
