Crestview Man Arrested on Multiple Sexual Charges

40-year old Mason Wesley Furniss in Crestview was recently located in Mississippi and was brought to the Okaloosa County Jail in Crestview Friday.

OCSO Investigators says Furniss sexually molested a teenage girl on various occasions between December 2012 and February 2013 at his home, at the Quality Inn in Crestview, and at the Ramada Plaza Beach Resort on Okaloosa Island.

During a controlled phone call with the victim, Furniss admitted to the sexual acts with the teen and told her he planned to take her to Mississippi when she turned sixteen to marry her.
