Friday, Governor Rick Scott announced the appointment of David Warriner to the Gulf Coast State College District Board of Trustees.
48 year old Warriner of Port St. Joe is the owner and president of Tapper & Co.
He was previously a legislative assistant with the Florida House of Representatives and the Florida Senate.
Warriner received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
He is appointed for a term began Friday and will end May 31, 2013.
