Jeremy Miracle, 24, of DeFuniak Springs, was arrested this weekend on multiple drug charges.
Walton County Sheriff’s Office began investigating Miracle after a traffic stop on US Highway 331 on a vehicle with an obscure tag.
Police say during the traffic stop, Miracle allegedly stated that his license was suspended and showed the deputy a smoking pipe after the deputy asked if he had anything illegal in the vehicle.
After Miracle provided consent to search the vehicle, police say, deputies recovered what appeared to be prescription drugs, marijuana, two smoking pipes possibly used with marijuana or methamphetamine, and items commonly used to produce methamphetamine.
Miracle was charged with one count of production of methamphetamine, a second-degree felony; one count of possession of paraphernalia to transport drugs, a third-degree felony; one count of possession of marijuana, a first-degree misdemeanor; two counts of possession of drugs without a prescription; and one count of driving with a suspended license, a second-degree misdemeanor.
He was booked into the Walton County Jail.
