A total of five men are now charged in connection with the September 17th shooting on Panama City's Eastside.
The latest is 20-year-old Raphael Morris. Members of the US Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force arrested Morris Tuesday night.
Morris joins 23 year old Calvin Grubbs, 18 year old Ricardo Manning, and 17 year old Jabarus Pittman in the Bay County Jail. All are charged with an open count of murder and conspiracy to commit robbery.
Investigators say the four men showed up at a home on the corner of Spring Avenue and 11th Street around 11:00 on the night of September 17th, intending to rob 41 year old Marc Logan and 32-year old Antonio Edwards. Logan suffered a fatal head wound and Edwards was shot in the leg and has since recovered.
Police say 36-year-old Terrance Goodman was on the porch with Logan and Edwards when the shooting started. He was not injured, but authorities say he took drugs out of one of the victim's pockets and a large amount of cash from the porch.
Goodman is free on bond on evidence tampering charges.
