PANAMA CITY- The two suspects in Monday morning's shooting at a Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard appeared in court today for bond hearings.
Judge Shane Vann ordered 24-year old Khiry Ross held without bond on an open count of murder and a total of $40,000 on several other charges.
He also ordered 25-year old Marcus Mathis be held on $250,000 bond on 1 count of accessory to murder after the fact.
Panama City Police Investigators say Ross got into an argument with 20-year old J-Shun Smith inside of KJ's Nightclub early Monday morning.
When the lounge closed, and everyone moved into the parking lot, Ross allegedly shot Smith in the head.
He died later at Bay Medical Sacred Heart.
Mathis is accused of driving Ross away from the scene.
