Florida Police Accused of Brutality After Violent Arrest


Tallahassee, FL -- A North Florida woman is recovering after getting surgery to fix a bone in her face after what her attorney is saying a case of a police hitting his client in the back of the head.

Dash cam video shows 44-year-old Christina West taking a sobriety test after an alleged DUI.

In the video it shows Tallahassee Police forcefully slamming West into the trunk of the police cruiser and eventually on the ground. Her attorney, Fred Conrad says his is doing what he needs to make sure justice is served.

Conrad said Wednesday, ”All I can tell you is that I do intend to make sure that the persons responsible for injuring my client pay for those injuries and they compensate her in full.”
