Free Cook-Out to Celebrate National Tourism Day at County Pier

Visitors injected more than a billion dollars into the local economy last year. The Panama City Beach Convention and Visitor's Bureau is hosting a free cook-out on Wednesday to say thanks.

The cook-out will be from 11:00am until 2:00pm at the County Pier at the intersection of Front Beach and Alf Coleman Roads. The menu includes hamburgers, hotdogs and ice cream. Bruce Neumann and Tiki D, will play "Floribbean"-style beach music.

Both tourists and locals are invited.

In addition to the free food and music, attendees will also be treated to t-shirt giveaways and free admission to the county pier from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
