Panama City- There's some possible good news for students attending Haney Techincal Center in Panama City. Your education may come at a slightly cheaper cost than you had expected this coming school year.
The Bay District School Board will vote at its monthly meeting Tuesday on a proposed change that would lower tuition and other fees. Board members approved the fees back in June, but the district said they need to be changed to meet state guidelines.
If approved, block tuition for residents and non-residents will drop $1.50 from $31.50 to $30, and the out of state fee for non-residents will go down $4 to $90.
