Hundreds showed up to Blountstown Middle School Saturday to mourn the death of a local teenager shot and killed in Oklahoma less than two weeks ago.
Chaz Fain graduated from Blountstown High School last year where he won a state championship in weight-lifting and played football.
Fain was attending Spartan School of Aeronautics, a private college specializing in aviation and air craft maintenance.
His friends say his smile is what they'll miss the most.
"Chaz was an energetic, God-centered ray of sunshine. Everyone's life he entered he had a tremendous impact on. He was loved by so many people, he just had a radiant personality," said Adrian Abner.
"Chaz, I miss you brother, but I'm going to see you soon and we are going to have a big party upstairs," said Imer Gutierrez, a classmate and friend who was also shot and injured the night Chaz was killed.
Police have arrested a suspect in the shooting, 41 year old Mark Hopkins. He's currently charged with murder.
