A lightning strike is being blamed for another house fire in the 30-A community.
Firefighters were called to this brand new multi-million dollar home in Seacrest Beach around 8:30am after a neighbor noticed smoke smoldering from the roof-top.
The second and third floors sustained the most significant smoke, fire, and water damage. The homeowners reportedly live out of state. Neighbors reported seeing a lot of lightning before it apparently struck the house.
The home was valued at $9.6 million dollars. Damages are believed to be around $1.6 million dollars.
