A local woman could go to prison for ten years for kidnapping her own daughter in Selma, Alabama.
Panama City Police said they found 32 year old Loraine Flennory and her ten year old daughter Shadeka Sims at Flennory's apartment on Mack Lewis Drive.
Alabama police said Flennory took Sims to a family reunion in Selma on July 4, but instead of returning the child to her father and grandmother, who have legal custody, she allegedly brought Sims back to Panama City.
Flennory has an extradition hearing here in Bay County Thursday.
