BCSO Warrants deputies also located the fifth suspect Dale Emmett Hill, 47, at a trailer located at June Avenue and 15th Street in Panama City. Hill was taken into custody without incident and was charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder.

Investigators believe that Friday morning around 4 a. m. Judy Gsell argued with the victim, her husband, Raymond Gsell about money to purchase illegal narcotics.

When Raymond refused, Judy Gsell and Dawn Ross allegedly strangled him for the cash in his pocket. After his death, it is believed the two continued to party into the morning.

Knowles and Wilson are charged with Accessory to Murder because of their alleged attempt to help dispose of the body in the freezer..
