Accused Panama City Shooter Arrested, Again

PANAMA CITY-- The man who shot a new father to death last week, has been arrested again.

This time, police charged Charles Shisler with possessing meth.

The day after Shisler killed Justin Ayers, deputies served a search warrant on his home.

They say they found a light bulb that had been modified into a methamphetamine smoking device
.
They say the bulb contained a small amount of a white powder substance that tested positive for meth.

Also found near the light bulb, was a Mountain Dew soda bottle used to make meth, as well as several coffee filters with meth residue inside.

They say these findings are consistent with making meth.
