PANAMA CITY BEACH-- A man wanted in Washington state is now in the Bay County Jail for an alleged road rage incident.
Bay County sheriff's deputies arrested 25 year old Phillip Williams after they said he pointed a gun at a woman who apparently cut him off in traffic.
It happened near Laird Avenue and Thomas Drive around 11 Monday night.
Authorities said a woman was headed toward the west end of the beach when she pulled in front of Williams.
He allegedly pulled alongside her vehicle and pointed a loaded nine millimeter gun out the window.
The woman let Williams pass and contacted authorities.
After a short chase, Williams was booked into the Bay County Jail.
