Marianna Drug Arrests

Panama City- Two Marianna residents were arrested for growing and possessing marijuana on Sunday.

Officials from the Marianna Police Department say they arrested James Clubb and Chelsie Harlow around 2 PM Sunday afternoon after receiving a tip that the couple may have some cannabis plants.

After arriving to the trailer on Southwind Drive, police found 3 marijuana plants on the trailer's back porch.

During a search of the home, police found smoking pipes and other drug paraphernalia.

Clubb and Harlow were taken to the Jackson County Correctional Facility.

They're being charged with cultivation of cannabis, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also in Marianna, police officers arrested a man for possession of cocaine

Officers arrested Torence Clemmons after finding cocaine in his vehicle during a routine traffic stop.
Clemmons has been charged with possession of a controlled substance.
