JACKSON COUNTY-- Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested two people on multiple charges including possession of methamphetamine, crack-cocaine and the attempted manufacture of methamphetamine.
Deputies arrived at a home on Panhandle Road in response to an agency assist with the Department of Children and Families.
Sheriff's deputies say someone complained that narcotics were used and manufactured in that home around children.
The home owner, Kevin Hobgood, gave deputies permission to search the residence, where they found items that pointed to the use and manufacture of meth.
Deputies arrested Hobgood and another adult in the residence, Shon Massey.
They were taken to the Jackson County Correctional Facility.
