One business in Okaloosa County is giving back in a different way this holiday season.
The owner of Extreme Sports Fan in Mary Esther is raffling off two tickets to the national championship game in Pasadena, California on January sixth. All the proceeds will go to Shelter House.
Each raffle ticket is 20 dollars.
Frederick Gold is the owner of Extreme Sports Fan. "This is the largest event we are sponsoring and with it being obviously auburn and fsu it gives us a extreme amount of pride and excitement to be able to donate these proceeds to this organization."
Michelle Sperzel is the Executive Director of Shelter House. "We will be taking over all the sexual violence and rape cases crisis services for Walton and Okaloosa counties. It is a brand new program, so that is where we will be directing all of these funds."
Gold says he gets between five to ten customers a day signing up for the raffle. The drawing will take place Monday, December 30th.
