Okaloosa Co. Man Pled Guilty to Second Degree Murder

Arderious Warren has pled guilty to second degree murder and attempted first degree felony murder for the death of Junior Christopher Ferguson and the shooting of Peter Frazer.

Ferguson and Frazer were shot during a robbery at the Gulf Terrace apartments in Destin on November 15, 2011.

Frazer was shot once in the shoulder and Mr Ferguson was shot in
the chest.

Ferguson died at the scene as a result of his injuries.

In January, Blackshear, the shooter, was tried and convicted of First Degree Murder. He was sentenced to life without parole.

A third co-defendant, Reginald Bradshaw has pled guilty to Third Degree murder and is awaiting sentencing.

Warren faces a possible maximum sentence of life in prison. He will be sentenced by the Honorable Judge William F Stone on September 9.
