OKALOOSA COUNTY-- An Okaloosa County man, who'd been out of prison for just 6 days when he robbed a Ft. Walton Beach convenience store, is going back behind bars.
A judge sentenced 34 year old Kevin Wayne Weathersby Thursday to 15 years in prison for robbery.
On January 19th, Weathersby told the clerk at mama's country store on the Mary Esther cutoff that he had a cut and a bomb wired to his chest.
He got away with about 600-dollars, but police arrested him a short time later.
Weathersby pled no contest Thursday, and was sentenced as an habitual violent offender.
He's already served nearly 4 years in prison for 2 previous convictions.
