A Freeport teenager has died and two Lynn Haven residents are hospitalized following a Walton County traffic crash at midnight Thursday morning.

The Florida Highway Patrol says the crash occurred on State Road 20 at Black Creek Road.

Killed was 19 year old Joshua Spenser Parker of Freeport. Seriously injured was 30 year old John Thomas Rice of Lynn Haven. A passenger in Rice’s car, 60 year old Ann T. Everett, also from Lynn Haven was critically injured.

Troopers say Parker turned from Black Creek Road onto Highway 20 into the path of the Lynn Haven residents. His car rolled over and landed on its roof. He died a short while later.

Meanwhile, Rice was transported to Bay Medical/Sacred Heart in Panama City in serious condition. Mrs. Everett was life-flighted to Sacred Heart in Pensacola in critical condition.
