Bay County Sherriff’s deputies arrested 43 year old John Dion Wawrzyniak last Friday, while answering a domestic disturbance call.
One the people in the home claimed Wawrzyniak was having sex with the girl, who visited often.
Investigators say Wawrzyniak admitted he had sex with the girl at least nine times.
He is being charged with nine-counts of lewd and lascivious offenses against a child under the age of 16.
