PCPD Breaks Up East Side Meth Operation

Police were tipped that a possible meth lab was operating at that location. Officers found an active “Shake and Bake” meth lab in the bathroom of the mobile home.

Members of the Special Operations Unit who are trained in meth lab response rendered the lab safe.

The occupant, Herbert Cotty, 24 years of age, was arrested and charged with Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Manufacture of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Listed Chemicals, Keep/Maintain Drug House
and Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams.
