Murray has also been charged with Violation of Probation.

The two were arrested after police learned that the two were selling the substance from their home across the street from a city park and within 1000 feet of two churches. Both subjects are being held at the Bay county Jail pending a court appearance on Tuesday. The Florida Department of Corrections Division of Parole and Probation assisted in this case.
