PANAMA CITY BEACH - Panama City Beach is celebrating the arts for the third year. This time at Harley Davidson.
Saturday's event had thirty two local artist who not only showcased their artwork but were also selling them.
Celebrate The Arts also offered an auction where bidders could take home novelties like a kayak. A fashion show and celebrity lunch auction offered the chance to dine with a local star, like our very own NewsChannel 7's Paris Janos.
"I think the exciting part is, we're only in the third year, we had 8 artist last year. We have 32 and we've added the auction. We've added the fashion show and it's because of Harley. Harley davidson knew that we did this. They reached out to us saying come on we want to be part of the community and help ya'll," said Karen Smith with Celebrate The Arts.
Besides Harley Davidson, the event is sponsored by Carrabba's Italian Grill, Wicked Wheel, and Sharky's restaurant.
The event made more than $9,000. All proceeds will be going to Beach Care Services.
