Man Pulled From Gulf Dies at Hospital

A Panama City Beach man died Saturday night shortly after being pulled from the rough Gulf at Laguna Beach

The water rescue was in the Gulf across from the Carousel in the 19,300 block of Front Beach Road.

The victim, identified as Charles Glen Adamson was pulled from the surf around 7:20 PM by fellow swimmers who started CPR until Bay County Sheriff's Deputies, fire-fighters and Paramedics arrived.

Paramedics continued CPR during the 12 minute trip from Laguna Beach to Bay Medical/Sacred Heart was underway.

Adamson died a short while later.
