Panama City Structure Fire Deemed an Accident

PANAMA CITY-- An early Saturday morning structure fire in Panama City has been deemed an accident

Panama city fire officials responded to a structure fire on Fairland Avenue a little after 1 a.m.

When firefighters arrived on scene they saw heavy smoke.

They immediately entered the home, which was occupied by five people.

No one was injured during the fire.

But fire officials say a majority of the heat damage was contained to one bedroom. Smoke damage occurred throughout most of the home.
